"Do not allow others to upset you; their only power comes from your reaction."
I pick this one today for a couple of reasons. First, it is something I must always remember as if I get upset at something I cannot control I may think it gives me "license" to go place a bet. As a compulsive gambler this is a danagerous thing. Second, I have seen examples of people that are NOT remembering this on various internet boards I read. So, I thought it was a good reminder.
