On Saturday July 4th, 2015 I rewrote "How do I stop a gambling addiction?", to reflect the experience and knowledge that I have gained as a gambling addict, over the past three years.
As I write my first entry into my poker gambling addiction diary, I must state that I am not a gambling addiction counsellor. My journey may lead down this path, but first I travel.
