Overview
Loaded £500 into my Online Poker account and spent a couple of days spiralling downwards. Ended up losing all my original buy in. I played at stakes that were too high and I was far too aggressive with my poker chips.

OverviewNormally my girlfriend hangs on to all my credit and debit cards, but today was an exception; I needed to pay my balance and my card came along for the ride. Overview
My best recovery to date, was abstaining for a total of 140 days approx. 4 and a half months, beating my previous best by one and a half months. Having relapsed, all of that good work can seem like a distant memory, but I must not forget that my recovery is not cyclical but in fact a spiral leading upwards and having relapsed I may have temporarily slipped back down, but I do not lose
